Refund policy

At Posturify, we are committed to providing high-quality products that help you improve your posture and comfort. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Replacement Policy (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong item
There is a size issue (if applicable)

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Order ID
Clear photos or videos of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


2. Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds on orders unless:
The product is out of stock after order placement
A replacement is not possible due to availability

In such cases, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.


3. Conditions for Replacement
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Proper proof (images/videos) must be provided


4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, items that have been used or worn are not eligible for return or replacement.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch
We do not offer refunds for COD rejections or non-acceptance of orders
