1. Replacement Policy (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received the wrong item
• There is a size issue (if applicable)
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Order ID
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

2. Refund Policy
We currently do not offer refunds on orders unless:
• The product is out of stock after order placement
• A replacement is not possible due to availability
In such cases, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Proper proof (images/videos) must be provided

Due to hygiene reasons, items that have been used or worn are not eligible for return or replacement.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch
• We do not offer refunds for COD rejections or non-acceptance of orders
